Master Colorist/Master Stylist
With over 25 years in the industry, Frankie took his metropolitan techniques and style to Hartsdale 12 years ago to open Baliage. As an adjunct trainer/educator for top brands such as Wella, Redkin and Graham Webb, Frankie is called upon often to demonstrate the newest trends in colors and styles at industry trade shows and expos. His talent and creativity also extends into home remodeling and interior design. To Frankie, designing a living space is not conceptually different from designing a haircut – both start with a good foundation. Frankie’s reputation for excellence and award-winning styles has not only earned him the respect of his colleagues but has also led to a loyal client following of whom many have been with him |

throughout his career. “Frankie Groupies” as they’re called, follow him not only for a good haircut, but also a good laugh. His talents as a stylist are second only to his talent as a stand-up comedian. His quick wit, charm and perfectly delivered one liners has laughter emanating from his chair throughout the day. Debbie is recoginized as a multi talented hair stylist and colorist. As a veteran stylist she has completed many hours of training from Redkin, Wella, Graham Webb and Aquage. Specializing in color correction, dimensional color blocking and the newest haircutting trends for both women, fashion perming for fine or limp hair and natural relaxing for curly and coarse hair. Debbie pays close attention to consultion with her clients to make they look and feel their very best. |

Delia has worked as a stylist and colorist for over 30 years. During this time Delia has owned some of the top salons in Westchester. Bringing her own style from Argentina she loves to see a vision from inception to completion. There is no job to big or to small because every client that leaves her chair must look and feel great.

Stylist/Colorist
With 15 years of experience Voula started her training by attending Westchester Beauty School where she graduated and received the highest honor given, the "Sword of Excellence". Through her career she has participated in many of the top notch educational forums such as Aveda, Matrix and Rusk where she was granted the "Merit of Excellence". Specializing in curly hair, color highlights, women and men's hair cutting and updo for all occasions. Voula also works for Network television as one of the hair stylists for the evening news. |

Donna's career as a colorist and hairstylist spans over fourteen years. Her extended training in haircoloring from working with some of the top companies in the industry such as Wella, Redken, and Aveda has given her the experience to solve hair color nightmares. Once Donna completes her colors, she loves to finish with a great haristyle for both women and men |

With 17 years of experience Millie has brought her professional expertise to a new level. Millie takes a unique approach with all her clients. Her talents as an award winning Updo specialist have brought her career to a higher level, which is second to none. Make Up Artist
I have always had a passion for art from a very young age. In high school I majored in art and fashion design. My classes consisted of free lance drawing and color and design concepts. After high school I attended Berkeley Business College where I earned an Associates Degree in Fashion Management and Marketing. When in high school and college I worked in a cosmetics department and received extensive training by companies such as Ultima II, Dermablend, Revlon/Almay, L'Oreal, Max Factor, Cover Girl, and Maybelline.

artist from Trish McEvoy that I realized I did not need her or a professional to do my makeup for my big day. With the skills that I had and some new tips, I updated my tools and started practicing. I began receiving many compliments on my makeup and my wedding pictures were published in some bridal magazines as well as my picture is now featured on my photographer's business cards.In 2005 I started working at Sephora. Every week I am trained in either the latest in skin care or cosmetics by all the leaders in the industry. My skills stay fresh and my connections in the business are always expanding by working there. Also in 2005 I started a free lance business. My clientele has consisted of brides, mother of the bride/groom, bridal parties, and guests of black tie affairs. |

I am a recent graduate of Saunders Trade and Technical High School. During the four years of my High School career my main course was Cosmotology. Winning many awards I realized my path in Cosmotology was the right one. After graduation and receiving my license my goal was to find as assistant position in a top salon. Working at Baliage Hair Salon my job consists of helping the stylist with what is needed for any of the services that we offer. Working here at the salon has made me feel that I am in the right place to take my career to the next level. In addition to my Cosmotology license I am pursuing my goal to become a licensed Esthetician. |

Coming from my native country of Columbia twenty years ago I became an assistant performing shampoos and other basic tasks for the hair stylist in a top rated salon. I soon realized that it was time for me to attend beauty school and pursue a career in Cosmotology. Upon graduating at the top of my class I knew getting a job and working in a top salon would continue to bring out my strengths in my chosen career. Becoming a junior stylist I have trained in colors and highlights and the art of cutting and styling. |

I am a recent grauate from Berkeley College. I earned my Bachelors Degree in Fashion Merchandising and Management. Upon graduating high school I knew my path in life was leading toward fashion. When in college I chose to learn the business side first and the fashion side second. Earning my Bachelors in Fashion Merchandising and Management gets me one step closer to where I aspire to be. As an assistant salon coordinator at Baliage Hair Salon, I take the knowledge of business and the sense of fashion and apply it not only to the way the clients look but how they feel. My suggestions and fun loving personality are always enjoyed by the clientele and staff at Baliage. |
